All our coaches are certified and abide by the International Coach Federation standards. Our overall approach is contextually based, experientially-driven, transformative learning using a strengths and opportunities model when coaching.
We have an average of 20 years’ experience. Our assessment instruments include but are not limited to: DiSC 363® For Leaders, DiSC® Group Culture Report, MBTI® Personality Assessment, Co-Active® Dimensional Leadership Model™ and Leadership SuperPowers™. Based on the Client’s needs, each Coach will be matched with a potential executive client during the assignment consultation phase.
Nina’s 17 years of experience at American Express leading global programs over seeing coaches, trainers, six sigma black-belts and process facilitators also includes being the founding member of Metaspire LLC, since 2005, cultivating client-focused coaches, consultants and trainers so that our clients can successfully navigate change.
Christine has dedicated her career to the growth and betterment of individuals and organizations with over 20 years of experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, and Organizational Development (OD)/Consulting. She has coached over 750 individuals from High Potentials to the C-Suite within both small and Fortune 100 companies, spanning all major industries on 4 continents.

Deb’s approach to coaching leverages knowledge from the field of neuroscience. She works with leaders and emerging leaders to heighten their internal awareness and increase their external impact and interpersonal effectiveness. Additionally, Deb incorporates measurable goal-setting and other practical concepts that clients can easily bring into their professional and personal lives. Diana M. Perez Saavedra has over 20 years of Human Resources experience working with Fortune 500 international companies. She has a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Texas, USA and holds SPHR-SCP and previous GPHR certification from Society for Human Resources Management. In addition, she is Past President of Greater Miami Society for Human Resources and is a Co-Founder of the International HR Community (IHRC) based in Zurich.

He prides himself on his ability to inspire others to positive impact the bottom-line. In the past he has developed a weekly awards system used to motivate and manage activity and created marketing concepts and packages to help increase market share.
After Graduating from The Broadcasting Institute of Maryland in Communications, with 10 years of previous corporate sales and marketing at CBS, Tara went on to receive her ICF Life Coaching Certification in San Diego, started teaching coaching at Coach U, then was picked from thousands around the world to become a Tony Robbins coach where she studied Neuro Linguistics Programming, achieved top coach in cancel rate of 104 coaches, and 2nd top coach in re‐enroll.
