Paul is an internationally certified and credentialed Executive Coach with a proven sales leadership track record of growing revenue and people!
Recently at the Comcast Spotlight Coaching program for the State of Indiana he designed and implemented coach training in areas of leadership, talent development, personal branding and accountability. Paul also developed marketing strategies that generated non-traditional & traditional revenue to while leading a department of 12 Account Executives, 2 Local Sales Managers a National Sales manager and a Digital Sales Team that consistently overachieved on both new business and digital budgets.
Paul prides himself on his ability to inspire others to positive impact the bottom-line. In the past he has developed a weekly awards system used to motivate and manage activity and created marketing concepts and packages to help increase market share.
As Chief Sales Officer at Invictus, Paul delivered workshops to corporate clients in the areas of Leadership and Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Employee Engagement. He designed training modules for Sales and Leadership for small and mid-size companies and developed a corporate team building seminar series (Funny Motivated) that trained leaders how to unleash the power of humor to bring true business change.
Prior to that Paul led a team of Account Executives that sold multiple broadcast and online properties. His team consistently over achieved annual New Business targets and grew revenue of an un-rated Univision station from $100,000 to $1,000,000 in 18 months. During that time, he also developed a sales training program for the entire sales staff on multi-platform selling. Paul’s services include:
