Christine has dedicated her career to the growth and betterment of individuals and organizations with over 20 years of experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, and Organizational Development (OD)/Consulting. She has coached over 750 individuals from High Potentials to the C-Suite within both small and Fortune 100 companies, spanning all major industries on 4 continents.

Having led employee engagement programs within a large healthcare system, Christine brings both the strategic insight and practical know-how to transform cultures that lead to increased productivity and customer satisfaction. With this experience she led a 7-member coaching team in delivering group coaching to 100 high potentials in a Fortune 500 company over a 3-month period leading to an 8.4% improvement in engagement and decreased turnover by 6%. As an Executive Coach, several rising leader clients have expanded their scope and capacity to step up into key leadership roles (CFO, President). Christine has also held a senior leadership role managing Coach Team Quality and Training for a start-up outplacement organization obtaining a 91% customer satisfaction rating year over year for 5 years.

As an Independent Consultant, she adapts her coaching approach to the Coachee’s personal style and work collaboratively with all stakeholders in goal establishment. After graduating with Honors in Psychology and Personnel Administration from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts, Christine pursued her post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management and also obtained a Training & Development certification. She holds the CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) designation from the Human Resources Professional Association of Canada and she is a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation.
