Shani Lenard, MS, MA Human Resource Consultant

Shani is committed to making a difference and impacting the success of others. Throughout her career, she has focused on embedding the principles of learning, development and business acumen in the creation and execution of business strategies.

Prior to her recent consulting roles, she was the leader of Talent Development for a multi-billion-dollar physician practice group in the US. There, she implemented new physician centered programs to drive engagement, retention, and education. She has successfully defined policies, practices, and programs for large and mid-size organizations. Ultimately focusing on how to influence customer experiences and foster positive cultures.

Shani holds a BS in Psychology from The Florida State University, MS in Human Resource Development from Florida International University, and a MA in Organizational Management from The University of Phoenix. Shani is a highly experienced business leader with over 20 years of experience. She has a proven record of: creating learning organizations, maximizing employee performance and engagement, improving the customer experience, and leveraging systems thinking to standardized operations.

She is a native Floridian, who currently resides in Coral Springs, FL. There she enjoys living her most important role as a wife and mother of two.
