As an Executive Coach, Nina coached and trained Hewlett Packard’s entire Worldwide Marketing & Indirect Sales Six Sigma Resources to incorporate coaching and change management techniques into their global programs. Several clients have expanded their scope and capacity to step up into key leadership roles (CEO, COO, CFO, etc).

As Culture Change Leader, Nina guided coaches, trainers and six sigma resources for an extensive CMMI benchmarking project that identified over $200 Million of savings by restructuring software development processes globally at American Express.

Graduating with Honors from NOVA Southeastern University, she received a B.S. degree in Professional Management, and attained a Master’s in Organization Management. Nina is a Co-Active Coaching and a Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Society for Organizational Learning, North America Leadership Graduate and Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation.
