Elaine specializes in coaching leadership teams to maximize their business success, especially in times of change. Elaine helps leaders uncover barriers and blind spots that keep them from realizing their potential, for increases in influence and impact. Her 20+ years working at General Motors and medical device manufacturer Hill-Rom Company provided valuable working knowledge and leadership in multiple business disciplines. These include:

★ Merchandising with an $8M budget for 36 product lines

As an executive and leadership coach, Elaine delivers on her mission to activate leaders toward positive, lasting change and improved performance. She was a leader in multiple disciplines, gaining valuable experience and understanding of business and leadership. Over a decade ago, Elaine became an executive coach, to bring the culmination of her experiences, insights and strengths to others.

Elaine works with organizations across many sectors, including Healthcare, Higher Education, Manufacturing, and others. She is a certified Leadership & Talent Management Coach, a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, a certified Appreciative Inquiry practitioner, is certified in Barrett Values Cultural Transformation tools and earned a certificate in Positive Psychology.

She is a Core Skills Coach in Conversational Intelligence TM and is certified in assessment tools such as MBTI, EQ and 360 instruments. She values giving back, and is on the Board of Women Helping Women, on the Advisory Board of the St. Vincent de Paul Sister Circle and is a mentor. She earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Lake Superior State University, and a BA in English and a minor in Business at St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN.
